Clarification of my last post

Okay, I should have been a bit more clear. Thanks to jespren for pointing this out.

Well, there's two different types of media that I should have been more clear about. There's entertainment media and the news media. It's the news media telling us how our children are all going down hill, and how the sex and violence in games and music is the cause of it, all current music has to have parental advisories on them, then you look at television and they make it all look like it's okay and normal.

My step-son has a friend who told me, "I don't want a television. I like making up my own mind about what's right and wrong instead of the media telling me one thing and showing me another."

Smart kid. Kind of restores my faith in man-kind.
